Hello from the Empire City Garrison

Hello!

my name is Joseph and I am a member of the Empire City Garrison from the New York City area. I will be visiting Paris next month. My wife and I will be in Paris from 13-20 September, with a few days before that spent at Disney.

Would love if some members of the French Garrison would be available at some time to meet and share a drink or meal.

I also would have some patches for trade if anyone is interested in that...
